This will only take a few seconds. If you are an existing client, please follow the user friendly software to book your treatment. You can also book online through our Facebook Page.

Booking Policy

We have a new booking policy commencing from the 1st May 2019.
A $25 deposit is required to secure all skin treatment bookings.

No-shows and last minute cancellations extremely disadvantage our business. This also means that other clients cannot book those time slots with us.

We work exclusively with DMK Paramedical skincare range. Our aim is to deliver you our promise that we make in the initial consultation, for which we only employ dedicated and qualified paramedical skin therapists. We provide on-going trainings to our staff to provide with you with the best, results driven treatments. Saving Skin – Rebuilding Confidence.

In return, we only ask for what is fair for everyone. We appreciate your understanding with our new policy and would like to thank you for your support.

Confirmation Text

We send out reminder messages 3 days prior to your appointment, allowing enough time for the clients to confirm their bookings. We understand life can get busy at times, hence we also offer to call clients 24 hours before their scheduled appointment if they had not already confirmed. If we fail to hear from clients, the appointment time will be made available to another client.

Cancellation Policy

We require minimum 24 hours of notice prior to your scheduled appointment, if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are happy to accommodate a friend or a family member in your place as well.

We are closed on Sundays hence we do not accept any messages left on Sundays. It does not give us adequate time to rebook another client.

We send out confirmation text on Thursday for appointments scheduled on Monday. Clients will have until 12pm Saturday to confirm/reschedule to avoid forfeiting the booking deposit.

Every client’s time is valuable and we will do our utmost best to respect your time. Therefore, due to our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our patients, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment we are happy to accommodate a friend or a family member in your place as well.

Booking Deposit Policy

We require a non-refundable $25 deposit to secure all skin treatments.

  • The deposit can be used in 2 ways – redeemable on the day of the appointment or held as a deposit on your account for future bookings.
  • If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel/reschedule within the 24 hour’s notice period you will forfeit your deposit.
  • If you choose to reschedule your appointment, provided that you have given us at least 24 hours’ notice your deposit will be redeemable at your next scheduled appointment.
  • A refund will be issued, if you choose not to pursue with the treatments and have given us 24 hours’ notice.
  • If you do not wish to pay a booking deposit you are welcome to try your luck on the day.

Late Arrival Policy

All new clients must arrive 10 minutes early to appointment bookings to ensure all relevant forms are signed.

We run a tight appointment schedule and do our best to run on time.

If a client is running late, then we will do our best to fit them in. If they are more than 15 minutes late, the treatment time may be compromised or if the next client has arrived, we will attend him/her, and then try and fit the late client in after.

If a client is running so late that they have missed their entire appointment and we have the next client waiting, we will see him/her. We will still try to fit the client in later in the day, depending on availability before rescheduling completely.
